Watch: Hoya Enters The World Of Hip Hop With Shin Won Ho, Naeun, And Han Hyun Min In New Drama Teaser

SBS’s upcoming hip hop drama has shared another teaser!

“Hip Hop King” (literal title) will be a six-episode drama that tells the story of the world of hip hop and the youth who grow through hip hop music. The cast includes Hoya, Cross Gene’s Shin Won Ho, APRIL’s Naeun, and model Han Hyun Min.

In the teaser, Hoya is surrounded by other teenagers as he raps over a track playing on the speakers. Kim Young Ok’s voice can be heard as she tells him, “Do you know why everyone stares with their mouths wide open? If there’s something you want to say, say it with confidence.”

Hoya later enters a classroom, much to Nayeon’s surprise. She points accusingly at him, hinting at their complicated relationship. Shin Won Ho approaches his desk and remarks, “Hey bonehead, I heard you like to rap.”

Hoya is later told to try out singing if he likes it so much, to which he sheepishly replies, “It’s rapping, not singing.”
