Eric Talks About Seeing A New Side Of Fellow Shinhwa Member Andy In "The Barber Of Seville"

Eric opened up about what he had learned about fellow Shinhwa member Andy while appearing together in “The Barber of Seville.”

The episode of MBC every1’s “The Barber of Seville” that aired on September 12 followed the cast as they wrapped up their barbershop and hair salon business in Seville, Spain. It was a busy last day, as word had gotten around of the shop and it was brimming with people.

When the last customers left and the cast sat around to reminisce about their time in Spain, the staff asked Eric, “Who was the most different from your initial image of them?” Eric surprised everyone by picking Andy, who has been in the same group as Eric for over twenty years.

Eric explained, “I’ve known him for a very long time as someone who’s younger than me, but in Seville, he felt like an older brother to me.” He added, “I was always looking for Andy every day and there were so many moments when I needed him. When my back hurt, he would put pain reliever patches on my back, he’d ask me if I needed anything washed and do the laundry for me, he’d ask if I was hungry and make food for me, and if I was tired, he’d put eye drops in my eyes.”

Andy laughed as Eric listed all of the things he had helped with, but he looked genuinely touched by Eric’s gratitude.
