Kim Hye Yoon Starts To Question Everything As She Begins To Lose Her Memory In "Extraordinary You"
MBC’s new Wednesday-Thursday miniseries “Extraordinary You” has shared new stills of Kim Hye Yoon.
“Extraordinary You” will be a school romance drama where high school student Eun Dan Oh (played by Kim Hye Yoon) tries to go against her fate and find true love. Eun Dan Oh is the only daughter of a wealthy family who has a genetic heart disease. She attends a private school that only the rich have access to, and one day, she suddenly starts to lose her memory and see things that aren’t there. She finally realizes that she’s a character in a manhwa (comic book), and she decides to fight against her fate.
The new stills show Eun Dan Oh losing consciousness and fainting. She has suffered from a heart disease from a young age and has undergone multiple surgeries, and she must always have a heart monitor on her to check on her heart rate. The new stills of her looking listless as she falls makes one wonder what happens to her, especially as a pair of shoes appears in front of her that indicates that someone has come to her rescue.
The story will follow Eun Dan Oh as she tries to go against a story that’s already been written about her life, and it remains to be seen whether she’ll finally be freed from the pain she has lived with all her life because of her heart.
“Extraordinary You” will premiere on October 2 at 8:55 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki with English subtitles.
