Park Seo Joon's New Drama "Itaewon Class" Soars To All-Time Ratings High
JTBC’s new drama “Itaewon Class” is quickly gaining steam!
On February 8, “Itaewon Class”—a new webtoon adaptation starring Park Seo Joon as a passionate entrepreneur who is determined to make his mark—achieved its highest viewership ratings yet. According to Nielsen Korea, the fourth episode of the drama scored an average nationwide rating of 9.4 percent.
SBS’s hit drama “Stove League” also achieved a new personal best, recording its highest ratings to date among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49 (9.2 percent). The latest episode of the drama also scored average nationwide ratings of 10.6 percent, 13.6 percent, and 16.8 percent for its three parts, peaking at 19.4 percent.
KBS 2TV’s “Beautiful Love Wonderful Life” scored average nationwide ratings of 21.3 percent and 26.1 percent for its two parts, while MBC’s “Never Twice” scored average ratings of 7.8 percent, 9.8 percent, 8.7 percent, and 10.2 percent for the night.
tvN’s “Crash Landing on You,” which has just three episodes left in its run, stayed strong with an average rating of 14.1 percent and a peak of 15.7 percent. Meanwhile, TV Chosun’s “Queen: Love and War” will be heading into its finale with an average rating of 4.2 percent for its penultimate episode.
