MONSTA X's Agency Reassures Fans After Shownu Falls On Stage

MONSTA X’s agency Starship Entertainment gave an update on Shownu.

The group is currently promoting their upcoming album “All About Luv” and meeting with fans in America. On February 12, MONSTA X was performing “Middle of the Night” when Shownu fell on stage. His mic stand, which was a prop for the performance, also fell.

The group handled the situation with professionalism and quick responses. Minhyuk quickly helped Shownu to his feet while Hyungwon gave his mic to Shownu after singing his part, and Shownu used it to complete the performance.

Many fans who were in the audience, as well as those who later learned about this, expressed their concerns. A source from Starship Entertainment told Sports DongA, “We checked and thankfully there aren’t any big concerns.”

MONSTA X will release their first English-language album “All About Luv” on February 14. They will begin their U.S. promotions with an appearance on NBC’s “The Kelly Clarkson Show” on February 13.
