Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun, Go Kyung Pyo, And Kim Hyo Jin Confirmed To Star In New JTBC Drama

Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun, Go Kyung Pyo, and Kim Hyo Jin are confirmed to star in the upcoming JTBC drama “Private Life” (literal title)!

“Private Life” is about a con artist who unintentionally gets involved in private matters on a national scale and competes against massive corporations.

Seohyun is confirmed to play Cha Joo Eun, a con artist who chooses to commit fraud in order to survive in Korea. Having recently starred in JTBC’s short-form drama “Hello Dracula,” Seohyun’s transformation into a con artist is highly anticipated

As his first project since completing his military service, Go Kyung Pyo will be taking on the role of the mysterious figure Lee Jung Hwan, who approaches Cha Joo Eun while impersonating the Development Team Leader for the major company SL Electronics. Viewers are excited to see his soft charisma and unique charms through his first project since his discharge from the military.

Finally, Kim Hyo Jin will be making her long-awaited return to the small screen for the first time in eight years through “Private Life” as the role of Jung Bok Gi, who falls within the top one percent of con artists by even swindling other con artists. After committing fraud against Cha Joo Eun’s family in the past, her whereabouts were unknown since she left for China, but she begins to slowly appear once again.

“Private Life” is scheduled to air in the second half of 2020.
