Lee Je Hoon Talks About His Love Of Cinema + Losing Himself In His Acting

In a recent interview and pictorial for Arena Homme Plus magazine, Lee Je Hoon discussed his deep love for cinema and how acting defines him.

Emphasizing just how important cinema is to his life, the actor remarked, “If you take movies out of the equation, there’s nothing special about me as a person. I don’t have any hobbies or special talents. I love watching movies and talking about movies so much that I don’t think of doing anything else.”

“Even when I’m having a hard time with my acting, I watch movies,” he continued. “Isn’t it amazing how even after all this time, even with cinema’s long history, people are still coming up with new and creative stories?”

Lee Je Hoon also talked about his love of acting and how it allows him to tap into the different sides of his personality.

“I enjoy living as a character inside a story,” he explained. “I believe that there is both good and evil within Lee Je Hoon.”

“I’d like for directors to think of me as a blank sheet of drawing paper,” he went on, “and paint on me and crumple me to their hearts’ desire.”

Lee Je Hoon’s upcoming film “Time to Hunt,” which was originally scheduled to hit theaters on February 26, announced this week that it would be postponing its release date due to the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) outbreak.
