ATEEZ's + VAV's U.S. Tours, VICTON's + Kim Jae Hwan's Japan Fan Meetings, And More Postponed Due To Coronavirus Outbreak

Due to concerns about the continuing spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) all over the world, more artists have postponed upcoming tours, concerts, and other events.

On March 19 local time, ATEEZ announced that they would be postponing the U.S. leg of their “The Fellowship: Map the Treasure” world tour, which included stops in Newark, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Los Angeles. The group will also be postponing their LA fan sign event, with MyMusicTaste promising to announce new dates for all events in the near future.

VAV similarly announced earlier this week that they would be postponing all remaining stops for their “VAV Grand America Tour.” The group will be rescheduling their concerts in San Juan, Santiago, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Sao Paulo, Porto Alegre, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Honolulu.

VICTON announced on March 19 that they would be postponing their “VICTON Continuous in Japan” fan meetings, which were scheduled to take place on April 9 and 11 in Tokyo. The group’s agency stated, “Due to the decision to postpone the concert, the general ticket sales that were scheduled to begin on March 20 have also been postponed. We are currently working towards the goal of rescheduling the concert for mid-May while keeping an eye on the developing situation.”

Kim Jae Hwan’s agency has similarly postponed his upcoming “Kim Jae Hwan Fan Concert WIN : DAY” shows in Japan, which were scheduled to take place on April 23 and 25. his agency has stated that they are aiming to reschedule the fan concerts for either May or early June.

Son Dong Pyo has postponed his first fan meeting in Japan, which was scheduled to take place on April 3 and 5. His agency has shared that they are aiming to reschedule the fan meetings for sometime in May.

H&D (Lee Han Gyul and Nam Do Hyon) have also postponed their upcoming first fan meeting “‘Happy Day’ Birthday in Japan,” which was scheduled to take place in Osaka and Tokyo this April. The duo is similarly aiming to reschedule for sometime in mid-May.

Meanwhile, Eric Nam has canceled the Latin American leg of his “Before We Begin” tour, which included stops in Buenos Aires, Santiago, and Mexico City. The singer reassured his fans on Twitter that full refunds will be provided by the concert promoters.
