Ahead of the premiere, the producers of “Meow the Secret Boy” have picked out the most exciting points to look out for!

KBS 2TV’s newest Wednesday-Thursday romance drama “Meow the Secret Boy” is about a cat who turns into a man and a woman with puppy-like features. The drama stars INFINITE’s Kim Myung Soo, Shin Ye Eun, Seo Ji Hoon, Yoon Ye Joo, and Kang Hoon.

Screenwriter Joo Hwa Mi and director Ji Byung Hyun

Screenwriter Joo Hwa Mi has been working on “Meow the Secret Boy” for two years, after “Marriage Not Dating” and “Introverted Boss.” Ji Byung Hyun is also the director behind “Sassy Girl, Chun Hyang,” “Big,” and “House of Bluebird.” The collaboration of these veterans looks to produce a bright and unique youth fairytale.

The relationships between Kim Myung Soo, Shin Ye Eun, Seo Ji Hoon, Yoon Ye Joo, and Kang Hoon

These five actors are each taking on a challenge with their unique characters in this youth drama, starting with Kim Myung Soo, who plays a cat who can occasionally turn into a person. Shin Ye Eun will play Kim Sol Ah, who has an empathy level of 200 percent. Seo Ji Hoon will portray the mysterious Lee Jae Sun who runs a studio cafe by himself. Yoon Ye Joo plays Eun Ji Eun who struggles to get along with people because she has so many fears, almost acting as a stray cat. Kang Hoon will play cheerful Gu Do Shik, who is the epitome of fun.
