Watch: New Mnet Hip Hop Reality Show "Good Girl" Previews Tension And Excitement In New Teaser

Things are heating up on Mnet’s “Good Girl”!

“Good Girl” features Korean female hip hop and R&B artists Ailee, Cheetah, Jamie (formerly Park Jimin), Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon, Sleeq, CLC’s Yeeun, KARD’s Jiwoo, Queen WA$ABII, Yunhway, and Lee Young Ji. These artists will be put on a team together and will complete quests by performing and competing against a team designated by the show in order to win a prize.

In the preview for the first episode, the artists confidently express their determination to win. The ten artists meet for the first time, and although they greet each other with smiles, the atmosphere becomes thick with tension as they discuss the rules of the show. Hyoyeon admits she feels too awkward to talk, and Cheetah expresses discomfort at host DinDin’s claim that they have to be in a team together. With the situation growing rigid, Yeeun quietly begs the contestants not to fight.

Various celebrities including members of Weki Meki and DIA, Yubin, and more make up the audience for the first stage. The contestants put on a variety of performances that include rapping, dancing, and singing. The celebrity audience members exchange bewildered looks while watching the bold performances, asking if it is okay for this to go on air. However, they are also impressed by the performances, and rapper Loopy describes the contestants as a “dream team,” while Yubin points out they’re like the Avengers.

“Good Girl” premieres on May 14 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
