Crush and Red Vevlet’s Joy have released the music video for their collaboration “Mayday”!
“Mayday” is a song about feeling frustrated and stuffy at home, and wanting to enjoy and experience new things in every waking moment. The song brings together Crush and Joy’s voices to create a song, that goes perfectly with the fun music video starring the two singers.

Joy shared photos on Instagram with Crush ahead of the release of their collaboration!
She explained that the photos were taken on the day the song was recorded and wrote, “Please look forward to ‘Mayday’ on Wednesday. I’m a successful fan.”
In one photo, she holds up Crush’s second album that he’s signed for her. He wrote, “To. JOY! It’s an honor to be able to work with you! Thank you so much, and please always be healthy!”

Crush will be making a comeback soon!
On May 13, Crush’s agency P Nation announced that he will be releasing “homemade 1,” the first single in a series of digital singles, on May 20 at 6 p.m. KST. The title track is “Mayday” and features Red Velvet’s Joy. A source from P Nation described “Mayday” as a song that will express Crush’s unique spring sensibility that goes well with the warm weather.

The single is the first release by Crush in about five months since his second full-length album “From Midnight to Sunrise” last December. It is also the first song to open the upcoming “homemade” series.
Recently, Crush has been communicating through his official YouTube channel by uploading content called “homemade recipe” that shows his daily life as the person Shin Hyo Seob (his birth name) and not the artist Crush.
Crush will also be part of the fourth season of JTBC’s “Begin Again.”
