Art comes in many shapes and forms, and sometimes it just so happens to manifest itself on a pole. Although opinions often contrast when it comes to pole dancing, many idols have developed an interest in this type of dance, which proves to be not only a sexy and bold performance but also a very much sought out fitness routine.

Here are, in no particular order, 11 K-pop idols who have given pole dancing a shot.

1. Uee

On an episode of “Home Alone,” Uee shared an aspect of her solo activities, which happened to be pole dancing. Watching the entire duration of her practice, you can see determination and dedication in her performance. This isn’t Uee’s first time pole dancing as it was previously one of After School’s concepts for their song “First Love” where all members gave it a go and slayed at it.
