Watch: Lee Dong Wook And Jo Bo Ah Search For Answers While Kim Bum Makes Threats In Teaser For Upcoming Fantasy Drama

tvN’s upcoming drama “Tale of the Nine Tailed” has released an exciting new teaser!

“Tale of the Nine Tailed” is an “urban fantasy drama” that tells the story of a male gumiho (a mythical nine-tailed fox) named Yi Yeon (Lee Dong Wook) who has settled in the city and the fearless producing director Nam Ji Ah (Jo Bo Ah) who is determined to hunt him down. Kim Bum plays Yi Rang, Yi Yeon’s half-brother who was born to one human parent and one gumiho parent.

Yi Yeon begins the teaser by saying, “The woman who has the same face as her — my instincts keep trying to tell me that something’s wrong.” Meanwhile, Nam Ji Ah asks, “Is he here to kill?”

Suddenly, the dramatic mood changes as Yi Yeon wakes up in what appears to be Nam Ji Ah’s bedroom, and she tells him, “I have a fatty liver.” Yi Yeon gets flustered and retorts, “I don’t eat those kinds of things!” He then rummages through a freezer full of ice cream at a convenience store and angrily approaches the store owner. Yi Yeon demands, “Why isn’t there any mint chocolate ice cream?”

Later, Yi Yeon and Nam Ji Ah continue to bicker. She tells him that he can never leave her house, and he then covers one half of her face with his hand, saying, “I don’t like this.” Nam Ji Ah asks angrily, “What’s wrong with my face?” Covering her with a blanket, Yi Yeon responds, “It’s because you’re ugly!”

Yi Rang then wonders through a voice-over, “Is he still looking for her? His dead girlfriend.” The teaser previews action-packed scenes, and Nam Ji Ah asks Yi Yeon, “Why do you keep saving me?”

Meanwhile, Yi Rang seems to threaten someone when he says, “If you can’t find it, this girl’s going to die.” After Yi Yeon faces off against an opponent, he declares, “I promised to be born again.”
