Uhm Ki Joon And Kim So Yeon Plot Together In A Tense Secret Meeting In "The Penthouse"

SBS’s “The Penthouse” has shared stills of Uhm Ki Joon and Kim So Yeon plotting together in a secret meeting.

The secret love affair between their characters, Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon) and Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon), is one of the driving forces behind the plot twists in “The Penthouse.” Although the two continue to meet in secret, they were filmed by Min Seol Ah (Jo Soo Min), spotted by Joo Dan Tae’s wife Shim Soo Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah), and now Cheon Seo Jin’s husband, Ha Yoon Chul (Yoon Jong Hoon), has started to become suspicious of her behavior.

Perhaps as a result, the atmosphere in the stills is tense rather than passionate. The two lovers appear to be in serious discussion, with Uhm Ki Joon seeming nervous and Kim So Yeon looking at him coldly. Although Uhm Ki Joon tries to reason with her, the discussion soon turns into a heated argument.

The production staff stated, “Kim So Yeon and Uhm Ki Joon perfect each scene by putting their heads together and bringing out detailed emotions even in scenes that require the portrayal of difficult emotions. Please tune in to see where Cheon Soo Jin and Joo Dan Tae’s dangerous meeting will lead.”

“The Penthouse” airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 p.m. KST.
