Girl's Day's Hyeri Thanks Her

Actress Ryu Hye Young made a sweet show of support for Girl’s Day’s Hyeri!

On January 11, Hyeri took to Instagram to reveal that her former “Reply 1988” co-star, who played her older sister in the hit drama, had sent food and a coffee truck to the set of her new drama “Frightening Cohabitation” (working title).

Referring to Ryu Hye Young by her “Reply 1988” character’s name, Hyeri affectionately expressed her gratitude by writing, “My sister Sung Bo Ra treated me with a coffee truck. On top of that, she even sent sandwiches. Yum yum, I’m so happy. Thank you so much, Hye Young unnie, you’re the best. Heart, heart.”

She then returned the love by bringing up Ryu Hye Young’s upcoming drama “Law School” (literal title), adding, “Let’s go, ‘Law School’!”

Hyeri is currently filming tvN’s “Frightening Cohabitation,” an upcoming webtoon adaptation that will also star Jang Ki Yong. Using the name of Hyeri’s character in the drama, Lee Dam, Ryu Hye Young decorated the coffee truck she sent with a cute banner playing off the lyrics to Girl’s Day’s 2013 hit “Expect” (also known as “Expectation”): “Because of you, because of you, I’m going crazy, Dam/Because of you, because of you, I’m going crazy, Hyeri/I’m looking forward to ‘Frightening Cohabitation.’ Heart, heart.”

Another banner on the truck reads, “I’m cheering on my little sister Hyeri and the ‘Frightening Cohabitation’ team! From Hyeri’s big sister, Ryu Hye Young.”
