Jung Yong Hwa And Kang Mal Geum Finally Confront Each Other In "Sell Your Haunted House"

KBS 2TV’s riveting series “Sell Your Haunted House” released new stills of CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa and Kang Mal Geum caught in a tense encounter!

The Wednesday-Thursday drama is about a real estate agent and a con artist who team up to exorcise ghosts and evil auras from haunted properties. Jang Nara stars as Hong Ji Ah, a hot-tempered exorcist and the boss of Daebak Real Estate. Jung Yong Hwa stars as Oh In Bum, a conman who doesn’t believe in ghosts but pretends to be an exorcist to make a living.

In a previous episode, Hong Ji Ah was possessed by a water ghost and became convinced to reinvestigate an incident from twenty years ago after recalling more details regarding the relevant memory. Things got complicated when Hong Ji Ah’s right-hand woman and office manager Joo Hwa Jung (Kang Mal Geum) came upon new information in her own investigation. She found out that Hong Ji Ah’s mother’s last client’s nephew was Oh In Bum. After realizing this fact, she ripped the relevant documents into pieces and threw the viewers into deeper confusion. Plus, Oh In Bum became possessed and furiously demanded to be given an apartment after being kidnapped by Hong Ji Ah and Do Hak Sung (Ahn Kil Kang).

A key scene connected to all this commotion is when Oh In Bum comes face to face with Joo Hwa Jung in front of Daebak Real Estate. He politely waited for her to get to work while Joo Hwa Jung greeted him with her business smile. Cold air settled in as they started conversing. Oh In Bum kept a keen eye on Joo Hwa Jung, catching every little movement. Joo Hwa Jung adapted a dark demeanor, signaling the serious dynamic of their team. This interaction raises the questions of what the source of the tension is and why Joo Hwa Jung kept the truth about Oh In Bum’s identity from Hong Ji Ah.

This particular scene was filmed in early March. The two actors, who are usually playful and easygoing, focused on calmly reading their scripts to emphasize the fiery confrontation and delivering the intense exchange of emotions.
