BTS, BLACKPINK, NCT, And ENHYPEN Sweep Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart + BTS Makes History

BTS has just set a new record on the Billboard charts!

Billboard has now released its World Albums chart for the week ending on May 8, and K-pop artists swept the top nine spots on this week’s chart.

Additionally, BTS—who once again landed a total of eight albums in the top 15—made history by becoming the first artist ever to claim the top four spots on Billboard’s World Albums chart simultaneously.

The group’s 2020 album “Map of the Soul: 7” continued its reign at No. 1 this week, followed by “BE” at No. 2, “Love Yourself: Answer” at No. 3, and “Love Yourself: Tear” at No. 4.

BTS also took No. 7 on the chart with “Love Yourself: Her,” No. 8 with “Map of the Soul: Persona,” No. 12 with “Skool Luv Affair,” and No. 15 with “WINGS,” which reentered the chart this week.

BLACKPINK’s “THE ALBUM” stayed strong at No. 5 in its 30th week on the chart, while NCT’s “RESONANCE Pt. 1” followed close behind at No. 6 in its 29th week.

Finally, ENHYPEN’s new mini album “BORDER: CARNIVAL” debuted at No. 9 on this week’s chart, and SuperM’s “Super One” came in at No. 14 for its 31st week.

Congratulations to all of the artists!
