"My Roommate Is A Gumiho" Shares Sneak Peek At Relationships Between Characters

tvN’s “My Roommate Is a Gumiho” has released a character relationship chart ahead of its premiere!

Based on a popular webtoon, “My Roommate Is a Gumiho” is a new romantic comedy about a 22-year-old college student named Lee Dam (played by Girl’s Day’s Hyeri), who accidentally swallows the marble of a 999-year-old male gumiho (a mythological nine-tailed fox) named Shin Woo Yeo (played by Jang Ki Yong), who was close to achieving his goal of becoming human.

Lee Dam and Shin Woo Yeo are at the center of the character relationship chart, and they are linked with a heart. Lee Dam is described as a college student who was born in 1999, while Shin Woo Yeo is a 999-year-old gumiho. Although they are literally 977 years apart, it will be interesting to see the romance of a normal college student and a fantasy creature whose goal is to become mortal.

Right below the two main characters are Gye Sun Woo (played by Bae In Hyuk) and Yang Hye Sun (played by Kang Han Na). Gye Sun Woo is Lee Dam’s college senior who is extremely popular with women, and he will add tension to the romance between Lee Dam and Shin Woo Yeo. On the other hand, Yang Hye Sun is labeled as Shin Woo Yeo’s friend. She seems very flamboyant and cool on the outside, but she’s really a lovable character with a klutzy side.

Do Jae Jin (played by Kim Do Wan) is connected to Yang Hye Sun with a heart. He is a fool in love who has a long history of being dumped and eventually develops a relationship with Yang Hye Sun. Choi Soo Kyung (played by Park Kyung Hye) is Lee Dam’s best friend and Do Jae Jin’s friend, but she is on bad terms with Jung Suk (played by Kim Kang Min). Then there’s Lee Dam’s little brother Lee Dan (played by Choi Woo Sung) and Gye Sun Woo’s younger sister Gye Seo Woo (played by Weki Meki’s Kim Doyeon). The two are linked with a question mark, making viewers wonder about their mysterious relationship.
