Watch: "The Penthouse" Cast Excitedly Reunites For Season 3 Script Reading

SBS has unveiled a behind-the-scenes clip from the script reading for the third and final season of “The Penthouse“!

The new video begins with the actors piling into the room and excitedly greeting one another with hugs and waves. The cast and crew also give warm welcomes to new cast members Park Ho San and On Joo Wan, who introduce themselves and share their high hopes for the drama’s final season.

Later, they sing “Happy Birthday” for Uhm Ki Joon, whose birthday fell on the day of their script reading. The cast then energetically dives into reading in high spirits, laughing with one another and expressing bouts of shock at the script.

After the reading, the cast shares individual remarks. Lee Tae Vin comments, “[Season 3] aims to be more fun than Season 1 and 2, so please look forward to it lots.” Han Ji Hyun adds, “It’s a continuous sequence of really fun, scary, and confusing situations. Please look forward to Season 3 lots. See you then!”

Lee Ji Ah shares, “We did our Season 3 script reading today, and it’s been really fun. Please look forward to it. Thank you!” Kim So Yeon comments, “We met again after a bit of a break, but it’s so great seeing everyone for the first time in a while. When I read the script at home, it was so shocking, thrilling, and fun, but my expectations are even higher now that I’ve heard it read out loud in the actual voices. Please look forward to it lots, and I will work hard too.”

Eugene remarks, “We finally did our Season 3 script reading, and it felt kind of new because we have a few new characters. Please wait just a little bit longer. We will film diligently and greet you with an even more fun story.”
