LABOUM's Solbin Enters Self-Quarantine Due To COVID-19 Case On Drama Set

LABOUM’s Solbin has gone into self-quarantine after crossing paths with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

On September 10, LABOUM’s new agency Interpark Music Plus announced that during filming for her upcoming JTBC drama “IDOL: The Coup” (literal title), Solbin came into close contact with an individual who later tested positive for COVID-19.

While Solbin has since tested negative for the virus, she will be remaining in self-quarantine until September 13 as a precautionary measure.

As a result, Solbin will be sitting out LABOUM’s upcoming performance on MBC’s “Gangbyeon Music Festival: Legend,” which the group is scheduled to film on September 11. The other three members of LABOUM—Soyeon, ZN, and Haein—will be performing as scheduled.

Earlier this week, Interpark Music Plus announced that following leader Yujeong’s departure, the remaining four members of LABOUM had signed with the agency and were preparing to make a comeback as a four-member group.

Meanwhile, “IDOL: The Coup,” which will also star EXID‘s Hani, Kwak Si Yang, WJSN‘s Exy, and Kim Min Kyu, is currently scheduled to premiere in late 2021.
