MBC Denies Reports That Adele Will Be Appearing On "Music Core"

MBC has clarified speculation that Adele will be appearing on the music show “Music Core.”

On November 14, a representative from MBC stated, “Adele will be meeting her Korean fans through MBC in November. We are currently in discussions for the exact details of the schedule and situation. It is not true that she is appearing on the specific program that is being mentioned in various media outlets. When the details are confirmed, we will release another statement.”

Earlier, MBC had posted a photo of Adele on their social media accounts with the caption, “MBC X Adele 2021. Coming Soon.”

Afterward, it was reported that Adele would be appearing on “Music Core” to perform her pre-release single “Easy On Me” from her upcoming fourth album “30.” The report stated that she would not be present on the music show’s actual set and that the performance would be filmed in her local location and aired on the show. Fans also speculated whether Adele might be appearing on other MBC programs like “How Do You Play?”.

Adele previously appeared on the MBC radio show “Bae Chul Soo’s Music Camp” in April 2016.
