2PM's Wooyoung, Jung Jinyoung, WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon, And (G)I-DLE's Jeon Soyeon Announced As Mentors For MBC's Idol Audition Show

MBC’s upcoming audition program “Fantasy Boys” has confirmed its mentor lineup!

“Fantasy Boys” is the male version of idol audition program “My Teen Girl,” which gave rise to rookie girl group CLASS:y last year. Helmed by producing director (PD) Han Dong Chul of “Produce 101,” “Unpretty Rapstar,” and “Show Me The Money,” “Fantasy Boys” is an idol survival project that aims to create a global boy group.

With TVXQ‘s Changmin previously confirmed as the program’s host, “Fantasy Boys” has now announced their lineup of mentors! On February 23, production company Funky Studio shared with Newsen, “[2PM’s] Wooyoung, [former B1A4 member] Jinyoung, [WINNER’s] Kang Seung Yoon, and [(G)I-DLE’s] Jeon Soyeon will appear as mentors. Aside from these four, there are no additional mentors.”

In Season 1 of “My Teen Girl,” Jeon Soyeon appeared as a “homeroom teacher” to mentor the contestants alongside Ock Joo Hyun, Girls’ Generation‘s Yuri, and Aiki.
