"Boys Planet," "Peak Time," BTS's V, VANNER, And More Take Top Spots On Lists Of Most Buzzworthy Non-Drama TV Shows And Appearances
Once again, idol survival programs dominated this week’s rankings of the most buzzworthy non-drama TV shows!
After being overtaken by JTBC’s “Peak Time” last week, Mnet’s “Boys Planet” climbed back up to reclaim No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s list of the non-drama TV shows that generated the most buzz over the past week. The company determines each week’s rankings by analyzing data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media posts about non-drama TV shows that are currently airing or set to air soon.
“Peak Time” stayed strong at No. 2 in its second week on air, while contestant VANNER—who goes by the name Team 11:00 on the show—rose to No. 3 on the list of most buzzworthy non-drama TV appearances.
tvN’s new variety show “Jinny’s Kitchen” debuted at No. 3 on the list of shows, with cast members BTS’s V and Lee Seo Jin entering the list of buzzworthy appearances at No. 3 and No. 4 respectively.
