Choo Sung Hoon Dishes On His Friendship With Im Siwan And Raves That BTS's Jungkook Could Be A Professional Fighter

MMA fighter Choo Sung Hoon has talked about his friendships with Im Siwan and BTS’s Jungkook!

On the April 15 broadcast of MBC’s “The Manager,” MMA fighter Choo Sung Hoon appeared as a guest. The episode featured Choo Sung Hoon training with his students at the gym, including a sparring match between him and his close friend Im Siwan. During their heated match, Choo Sung Hoon adorably commented, “I can’t hit your face,” while Im Siwan responded with a laugh, “It’s okay.” Following their fight, the two wrapped up their training with a hug.

Later, Choo Sung Hoon revealed that he’s close with BTS’s Jungkook who he also spars with. He commented, “Jungkook is very good. If he sets his mind to it and works really hard, he could make his professional debut [as a fighter]. He even practices boxing before his concerts.”

In the evening, Choo Sung Hoon and Im Siwan went to dinner with their other friends, where the two revealed how they became close. Choo Sung Hoon even attended Im Siwan’s fan meeting, of which the actor commented, “After my fan meeting ended, the buzz was all about how I was close with Choo Sung Hoon. It was all ‘what on earth are you going around doing?'”

Choo Sung Hoon and Im Siwan revealed that they met 12 years ago at an event and have been close for the past decade. Choo Sung Hoon even made a cameo appearance in Im Siwan’s 2014 drama “Triangle.”
