SBS “K-Pop Star” Park Ji Min to Perform on Same Stage as Eric Benet

The winner of SBS “K-Pop Star,” Park Ji Min, will get the opportunity to perform on the same stage as the popular R&B singer, Eric Benet. The two will have a duet performance at the “Seoul Jazz Festival 2012 In the Park” on May 19.

“It’s unbelievable how I’m going on the same stage as so many world-renowned musicians. Especially, I can’t believe I’m performing with Eric Benet. This is truly unreal,” Park Ji Min said.

Back in January, Eric Benet tweeted a message of support to Park Ji Min, as he wrote (in Korean), “Korea has some crazy talent!” with the link to her “Rolling in the Deep” performance clip.

The “Seoul Jazz Festival 2012 In the Park” will be held for two days on May 19 and 20. Other “K-Pop Star” contestants, such as Michelle Lee, Park Jae Hyung, and Lee Ha Yi, will also go on stage on May 19. During the event, the legendary soul band, Earth, Wind, and Fire, will also perform, alongside Lee Ssang, Jung In, George Benson, The Fellowship, and Lee Byung Woo.
