PSY Covers All Cost of Late Im Yoon Taek’s Funeral

PSY is becoming a role model to many, showing what it means to be a world class act.

On February 15, a representative from YG Entertainment shared through a phone interview, “It’s true that PSY used his own money to cover the whole cost of the funeral.”

PSY was in Malaysia because of a schedule when he heard the news that Ulala Session’s leader Im Yoon Taek passed away. He immediately returned to Korea on February 12 to pay his respects. He spent two hours with the family of the deceased along with the other Ulala Session members.

PSY has composed and wrote the lyrics for Ulala Session’s debut track “Beautiful Night,” which was released in May last year. He also invited them to open for his summer concert “Summer Stand the Drenched Show,” which was held on August 11 the same year.
