DMTN's Daniel Is Charged for Selling and Introducing Marijuana + Releases Official Statement

DMTN‘s Daniel has recently been accused of smoking marijuana. Not long after, DMTN’s agency released an official statement on the matter.

On March 12, an arrest warrant was issued for Daniel after he was accused of possessing, selling and using marijuana.

DMTN’s agency, 2works Entertainment stated, “Daniel did not smoke the marijuana himself,” and “Since he did not smoke it himself, he didn’t think he was doing much wrong. It was an immature and reckless decision on his part.”

The agency also stated, “Daniel was investigated from morning to night on March 9 and returned home. The actual charges are ‘selling and introducing’ marijuana,” and “Daniel has acknowledge these charges and willingly agreed to be investigated and to help out with the case. He is deeply regretful and guilty of his rash and reckless behavior. He is closely self-examining himself at the moment.”

They continued, “Daniel hasn’t received the final verdict yet but he doesn’t think there can be any excuse on his wrongdoings. Daniel is willing to receive any kind of punishment by the law. Our agency will respect his decision and help Daniel so he can become a more mature person of our society.”

First, we deeply apologize for worrying all of the people who value and love DMTN.

We want to speak to you about the articles about Daniel “selling and smoking marijuana.”

Daniel was investigated at the police station on March 9 and returned home. The actual charges on the counts of selling and introducing marijuana.

Since Daniel was initially accused of actually smoking the drug, the police conducted several tests using hair and urine samples and other doping tests. Those tests cleared Daniel of the charges of actually smoking the marijuana himself.

Daniel’s immature and reckless thought that he wouldn’t be doing wrong if he didn’t actually smoke the drug himself, brought him to this situation. Also, our agency also carries a heavy responsibility for not recognizing Daniel’s immature actions and leading him to make better choices. We bow our heads in apology.
