“Infinity Challenge" Music Festival Episode Rakes in High Ratings
MBC variety program “Infinity Challenge” saw a rise in ratings during this week’s Music Festival special broadcast, holding a firm lead on the top position amongst Saturday variety programs.
According to the October 13 report by Nielsen Korea on viewership ratings, October 12’s “Infinity Challenge” had a nationwide 14.4% rating, an increase of 2.1% points from the previous week’s broadcast (12.3%).
“Infinity Challenge” held the top spot amongst variety programs from other channels in the same time slot. These included SBS’ “Star King” (10.6%) and KBS 2TV’s “Immortal Song” (7.7%).
This was the second episode of the Music Festival special, following the first broadcast on September 28. The episode showcased what the teams, made up of “Infinity Challenge” members and their respective partners, underwent in producing their songs and choosing their outfits.
“Infinity Challenge” will hold their music festival on October 17, with artists such as Yoo Hee Yeol, Kim C, Primary, BoA, G-Dragon, Rose Motel, and Jang Ki Ha and the Faces taking part. The episode is scheduled to be broadcast on October 26.
