How Did the Premiere of Yoon Eun Hye's "Future Choice" Fare in Ratings?

The new KBS drama “Future Choice” (also known as “Mi Rae’s Choice” or “Marry Him If You Dare“) finally premiered yesterday with critics and audiences keeping an eye out on the ratings. The results are in, and it seems “Future Choice” is off to a decent start. 

The ratings for first episode of “Future Choice” were 9.7%, according to Nielsen Korea. This is comparable to its competition; SBS’ “Suspicious Housekeeper” scored 10.6%, and MBC’s “Goddess of Fire, Jung-yi” did not air yesterday due to the live broadcast of a baseball game.

“Future Choice” is a time-travel drama in which the future self of the main lead, Na Mi Rae, comes back to advice the present version to make different choices in life. The drama marks Yoon Eun Hye’s long-awaited return to romantic-comedies and Lee Dong Gun’s return to the small screen in five years. His last project was the 2008 MBC drama ” Night After Night.” It is also the third acting project of the idol band CNBlue’s leader, Jung Yong Hwa.
