Hello Venus’ Alice Confirmed for “The Night Watchman” Role, Photos Released

Fantagio, the talent agency that represents Hello Venus, has confirmed that member Alice is set to appear in the series MBC’s Monday-Tuesday drama, “The Night Watchman”. Alice will play the part of Mae Hyung, a famous  concubine, and the company has released an image of the girl group member in costume.

The Hello Venus star spoke of her excitement, saying, “It will be amazing to have the chance to work with so many experienced actors, actresses and production staff on this drama. Mae Hyung is a very positive and cheerful character, so I want to put a lot of positive energy into my performance. Please send me your support!”

“The Night Watchman” also stars Jung Il Woo and follows the adventures of a group of ghost-busting exorcists in Joseon-era Korea. Alice’s character is said to be troubled by a male ghost who follows her and prevents her from finding true love.
