On July 28, news outlet Sports World revealed the identity of the individual who accused Lee Jin Wook of sexual assault.
According to their report, “A” used to work as a musical actress and told acquaintances that her family is in the hagwon (educational academy) business.
Previously, A accused Lee Jin Wook of sexual assault on July 15. During recent investigations, A admitted that her accusations of sexual assault were false.
Lee Jin Wook sued A for false accusation earlier on July 16.
The police are still investigating A’s motive for accusing Lee Jin Wook of sexual assault and whether or not she had an accomplice.
