June Drama Actor Brand Reputation Rankings Revealed

Ji Chang Wook is the drama actor to top the brand reputation rankings for June!

The Korean Business Research Institute looked at the amount of brand participation, media coverage, and communication through 125,441,267 pieces of big data of dramas that aired between May 16 and June 17 to analyze the brand reputation of drama actors. This is a 67.69 percent increase from the 74,806,906 pieces of big data analyzed for the May rankings.

Ji Chang Wook from “Suspicious Partner” took first place on this list with an participation index of 1,532,055 points, media coverage index of 556,836 points, communication index of 1,249,820 points, and a community index of 7,905,172 points for a total of 11,243,884 points.

Second place went to Kim Ji Won from “Fight My Way,” and she got 1,081,457 points for participation, 565,656 points for media coverage, 915,876 points
for communication, and 5,266,934 points for community, for a total of 7,829,923 points.

Nam Ji Hyun from “Suspicious Partner” was No. 3 with 711,928 points for participation, 495,096 points for media coverage, 609,596 points for communication, and 4,896,292 points for community, making a total of 6,712,912 points.

The head of the Korean Business Research Institute explained, “According to our analysis for this month, Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun from ‘Suspicious Partner’ took first and third places respectively. Kim Ji Won and Park Seo Joon from ‘Fight My Way’ are at second and fifth places, while Yoo Seung Ho, INFINITE’s L, and Kim So Hyun from ‘Ruler: Master of the Mask’ took seventh, eighth, and ninth places respectively.”

He continued, “A link analysis of Ji Chang Wook showed ‘handsome’ and ‘like’ most frequently, and a keyword analysis showed ‘Suspicious Partner,’ ‘Instagram,’ and ‘Nam Ji Hyun.’ A positivity-negativity analysis gave 84.93 percent positive reactions.”
