"Endless Love" Starring Hwang Jung Eum and Cha In Pyo Holds First Script Reading

The new SBS drama “Endless Love” has completed their first script reading.

A representative from the production company StoryTV announced that the “Endless Love” cast came together on April 15th for the first script reading. Hwang Jung Eum, Cha In Pyo, Ryu Soo Young, and Jung Woong In were some of the cast members who were present. Producer Lee Hyun Jik (“Warrior Baek Dong Soo,” “Tazza“) and writer Na Yeon Sook (“East of Eden,” “Age of Ambition“) were also present. 

The same day, Hwang Jung Eum showed up three hours early to practice riding a motorcycle, showing her dedication to the drama. She also shed some tears and got very immersed in the reading and her character.

Cha In Pyo, who is coming back after a long hiatus from dramas, was very charismatic during the reading, while showing a softer side by constantly making eye contact with the younger actors. Also, Ryu Soo Young showed great chemistry with Hwang Jung Eum, despite “Endless Love” being his first project with the actress.

Seo Hyo Rim and Jun So Min showed great enthusiasm and made the mood livelier, as they have both taken short breaks before this drama. Completely transforming into his character during the reading, actor Jung Woong In showed his impeccable acting skills. Jung Woong In is expected to show a villain character unlike any character he has done before.

“Endless Love” is a 40-episode drama about the dreams, ambitions and love of characters who live through historical moments of the 70’s to present day. It is expected to air its first episode in mid-June.
