EXO's Baekhyun and Yeo Jin Goo Confirmed to Star in New Action Film

EXO‘s Baekhyun and actor Yeo Jin Goo have reportedly been confirmed for the upcoming action movie “Dokgo” (tentative title).

According to News 1, they have accepted their casting offers and are currently preparing for the first shoot.

It was reported last month that Baekhyun and Yeo Jin Goo are in talks to star in the movie. The news was received with great excitement as many have been waiting for Baekhyun’s big-screen debut. Having accepted the role, Baekhyun will become the fifth EXO member to appear in a movie following Chanyeol, Suho, D.O, and Lay.

Based on a webtoon of the same name, “Dokgo” tells the story of a young boy who passed away due to school violence and his twin brother. To get revenge for his late brother Kang Hoo (Yeo Jin Goo), Kang Hyuk (Yeo Jin Goo) will get back at the bullies that took the life of his brother. Baekhyun will play his friend Jong Il, a talented fighter who does not enjoy bullying others.
