"We Got Married" Producer Responds to Reports of Song Jae Rim and Kim So Eun Leaving the Show
While a recent report was released stating that Song Jae Rim and Kim So Eun would be saying goodbye to “We Got Married,” the producer of the show has denied such rumors.
On May 20, an affiliate of the variety department told The Daily Sports, “[Song Jae Rim and Kim So Eun] will be wrapping up their virtual marriage on ‘We Got Married.’ They filmed their last episode today (May 20).”
However, producer Sun Hye Yoon, in charge of “We Got Married,” denied such claims saying, “Reports announcing that Song Jae Rim and Kim So Eun are leaving the show are false. They did not film their last episode today. We are currently filming their bungee jump episode.”
An official statement was released by the producer who said, “We cannot continue [this show] for 50 years so [Song Jae Rim and Kim So Eun] are bound to leave at some point, but reports saying that they filmed their last episode today are not true.”
