DBSK's "Keep Your Head Down" Plagiarized?

Recently, a video similar to DBSK‘s “Keep Your Head Down” has surfaced on the internet and has caught the attention of netizens.

The video is an exact reproduction of DBSK’s “Keep Your Head Down”, with the same introduction, stage, dance steps, and background music. The title of the song is “Bapi Bari Ja” and the lyrics, which are mostly in Hindi, has some English parts, such as: “Do you wanna feel it, do you wanna be strong, do you wanna be the superstar?” It’s actually an advertisement for “Bakefresh Biscuits.”

The video is directed by Hindi director Agnidev Chatterjee, sung by Kunal Ganjawala, who works as a playback singer in Mumbai, and choreographed by Baba Yadav. It’s the last part that made netizens and DBSK’s fans go crazy since the choreography was actually created by DBSK’s dance crew and not by Baba Yadav. Is this another form of plagiarism, promoting a product using copyrighted material from other artists? Or should it be considered a parody?

Here’s the video for the advertisement and the original DBSK music video so you can compare them and draw your own conclusions!
