FT Island Lee Hong Ki Reveals, “Plastic Surgeon Said I Didn’t Need to Get Any Work Done”

FT Island has been sweeping various charts with its latest hit “Severly.” During a recent recording of MBC Every1’s “Weekly Idol,” the boys of FT Island openly addressed various rumors surrounding the group. 

Known as the flower band for their good looks, leader Choi Jong Hoon revealed, “Our members are confident in terms of our appearances. We never had plastic surgery done.” Lee Hong Ki added, “I went to a plastic surgery clinic for a consultation before my debut, but the doctor said I didn’t need to get any work done.”

During the recording, the members honestly talked about all the complaints they had regarding each other. MBC Every1’s “Weekly Idol,” featuring FT Island, will air on Wednesday, March 14, at 6 PM KST.
