Hwang Jung Eum and No Min Woo Back Onboard for "Full House 2"

They were confirmed, then put on hold, and now confirmed again. Hwang Jung Eum and No Min Woo are once more announced to take the lead on “Full House 2.” Local news agencies report that the actors have signed on for the drama, after reaching an agreement between the actors’ agencies and the drama production.

The announcement was made through a statement from Hwang Jung Eum and No Min Woo’s management agency, Core Contents Media.

It may be recalled that on October 14, a press release from Core Contents Media announced that the two actors are temporarily putting off their appearance in the Hallyu drama’s sequel after disagreements on the character concepts. Reports were then out that Min Hyo Rin and BEAST’s Yoon Doo Joon were strongly considered to replace the vacated roles.

“Full House 2” is about an aspiring journalist and a top celebrity. It builds up on the concept from the 2004 drama based on the comic book of the same name that starred Rain and Song Hye Kyo.
