IU's Great Gifts to Friends

Recently, an online community posted photographs of some of the gifts that singer IU has given to her friends. The gifts are from the past and present. In particular, a simple necklace with a musical note, given to friends in her class during her February 9 graduation has attracted attention.

IU has given her friends presents of ddeok (rice cakes) when she first charted number one, and before taking university math exams. In the pictures below, you can see the beautiful necklace that she gave to her friends on the top right, the ddeok on the bottom left, and other stamina treats for studying exams on the bottom right.

Netizens who saw the pictures commented, “I’m envious of the friends in her class,” “I’d also like to get a present from IU,” “Her heart is as beautiful as her face,” and “IU really thinks about her friends.” IU will release the Japanese version of “Good Day” on March 31.
