JYJ Holds Second European Concert in Berlin

Following their successful Barcelona concert, JYJ held the second part of their European tour concert at the Tempodrom Concert Hall in Berlin on November 6. With more than 3,000 fans in attendance, JYJ sang a total of 15 songs over two hours, as the crowd sang along the Korean lyrics throughout the entire concert. The track list for the concert included “Empty” and “Ayyy Girl” from their World Wide Album as well as “In Heaven” and “Get Out” from their latest Korean album.

“We really wanted to come here and we’re so happy to finally be able to see you guys in Germany. The German food was amazing and the parks were really nice too,” JYJ told the crowd.

“I’m so excited to be here in Germany, the home of Mozart and Sylvester Levay. With this great energy we received from you guys, JYJ will do our best to take another step forward next year,” Junsu said.

“Europe already has mania-level fans of K-Pop. But we think JYJ was able to hold their own solo concert in Europe, although small-scale, only because they are JYJ. We thank all the fans for showing so much support and we’ll do our best to set up another World Tour next year,” CJ-eS Entertainment said in a statement.

Tickets for the Berlin concert sold out on the day tickets were made available in October. On the day of the concert, fans from all over Europe, including Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, France, Russia, and Greece, camped out four hours prior to the event.

JYJ’s European tour concert was held as part of the group’s Worldwide Tour. The Berlin concert officially wraps up their 13-city world tour for this year. “This was very meaningful as we connected North America, Asia, and Europe. We’ll take some rest in December and focus on individual music, but we’ll continue to work hard for a better World Tour concert,” JYJ said.
