SNSD Wins Best Jewelry Dresser Award

SNSD attended the “23^rd International Jewelry Tokyo (IJT)” yesterday at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center in Odaiba, Japan. The IJT is the Japan’s biggest and most important international jewelry trade show. The lovely ladies of SNSD were invited to the event because they had been honored with the “23^rd Japan Best Jewelry Wearer Awards.”

SNSD received the “Best Jewelry Wearer, Special Female Award,” and soccer player Keisuke Honda took home the “Best Jewelry Wearer, Special Male Award.” As the group’s representative, Seo Hyun gave the acceptance speech, saying, “We will strive to sing songs that glitter like jewels.

They are the third hallyu stars to receive the award. In 2011, Won Bin received the “22^nd Best Jewelry Wearer, Special Male Award,” while Lee Byeon Heon won the same title in 2010, becoming the first foreigner to receive the honor.
