Which FT Island Member Has the Most Female Contacts?

On March 14, FT Island was featured in the “Idol of the Week” segment of MBC Every1’s “Weekly Idol.” In this episode of “Weekly Idol,” Choi Jong Hoon had an opportunity to explain himself and about the accusation of having the most female contacts among FT Island members.

When Jung Hyung Don asked FT Island, “Whose numbers does Choi Jong Hoon have?” other members named: Kara‘s Goo Hara, Girls’ Generation‘s Jessica, Davichi‘s Kang Min Kyung, Miss A’s Suzy, among many others. Choi Jong Hoon seemed to be caught off guard by other members’ disclosure. 

He explained, “In the case of Goo Hara, we were on several shows together. I wanted to get to know her better, so I asked her for her phone number. With Jessica, we use the same hair salon. I asked a staff member there for Jessica’s number because I wanted to be friends. It’s not because I had something else in mind.”

MC Jung Hyung Don and Defconn asked Choi Jong Hoon about what he says in the initial text messages. He answered, “I say, ‘Hello, I want to be friends.’ But I don’t do it anymore, because there has been rumors about me being a player.”
