9 Most Androgynous Korean Celebrities
Androgyny is one part of “Pop” that I think will always be with us, and continue to grow even more as timegoes by. There is something to be said of celebrities that go for an androgynous look. They force you to do a double-take. When it’s done wrong, it is downright disgusting. But when it is done right, something about an androgynous looking individual puts you in a trance. There’s something mysterious, something wrong going on but you can’t stop looking.
I have a theory of why this is so: It’s probably because angels are androgynous. (Watched Dogma Anyone?)
(Now moving on to the actual list)
I am going to go with the weaker androgynous celebrities and move on to the stronger ones!
#9. Brown Eyed Girls’ Ga In
She really isn’t THAT androgynous in comparison to other people on the list. But you know she does go for that sexy tomboy kind of look.
#8. T-ara’s Jiyeon
Jiyeon is also not THAT androgynous usually, I think she is very pretty. But she also went for the tomboy look for a while so I decided to add her in the list.
#7. After School’s Uee
Uee is gorgeous and sexy, but in this picture… hmm… she looks like a boy. After seeing that picture, my thoughts on her began to change a bit…
#6. Big Bang’s G-Dragon
G-Dragon wears women’s clothes. Also, I think he deliberately goes for that androgynous feel in order to give off a sense of mysteriousness.
#5. Lee Jun Ki
Phew! Lee Jun Ki appeared in “The King and the Clown” as a clown that portrayed a woman. He is a pretty-boy in every sense of the word.
#4. f(x) Amber
To be honest, when f(x) first debuted, I thought Amber was a guy. I thought this for nearly a month.
SHINee’s Taemin even appeared on television and apologized for being “too pretty.”
#2. NU’EST Ren
NU’EST’s Ren was very close to getting #1 on this list. I really thought he was an average looking girl.

Damn when I saw that picture I was downright disturbed. Don’t’ know what to say.
