Shinhwa Reminds Fans: “We Keep Our Promise”

As the longest lasting idol groups in Korean pop history, Shinhwa, is reminding its fans that the six members are keeping their promise.

Signs have been appearing throughout Seoul with the statement, “We keep our promise.” The sign boasts both the group name “Shinhwa” and the name of its fan club, “Shinhwa Changjo” against an orange background which is the group’s color. There are also the numbers “20120324,” which is the date (March 24, 2012) of their scheduled comeback.

Shinhwa previously announced that the group will be holding a comeback concert on March 24 at the Seoul Olympic stadium, which is the same stadium that they said goodbye, temporarily, four years ago, to pursue solo projects and serve military duty.

It has been reported that the members are training hard and dieting diligently to show fans the best performances they can deliver. One final member still remains in the military, Lee Min Woo, who will be released from duty early March.

As someone who has followed K-pop since the 90s, I can’t wait to see this group making a comeback. March can’t come fast enough!

Here is the MV for one of my favorite Shinhwa songs, “T.O.P.

Super Junior, SNSD, and Infinite have also performed this song. Check out the performances below:
