MAMAMOO Sets New Record On Melon For Girl Group Song With The Most Listeners In 24 Hours

MAMAMOO has broken a record with their new title track, “Yes I Am.”

According to Melon, Korea’s biggest online music site, MAMAMOO’s “Yes I Am” recorded a whopping 940,435 cumulative listeners in 24 hours since its release at 6 p.m. KST on June 22. This is a highest number for a girl group, breaking the previous record of approximately 890,000 listeners, which was set by Wonder Girls’ “Why So Lonely” in July 2016.

Since making their debut three years ago, MAMAMOO has earned the title “You can trust MAMAMOO’s music” from music lovers with hit tracks like “Mr. Ambiguous,” “Piano Man,” and “You’re The Best.”
