f(x)'s Krystal Talks About Taking On Goddess Role On "Bride Of The Water God"
f(x)’s Krystal relayed her thoughts on taking on the role of a goddess in the upcoming tvN drama, “Bride of the Water God.”
On June 27, Krystal attended the press conference for the drama. About her character, Moo Ra, she said, “She’s very interesting.” She explained, “As far as I know, there has never been a goddess character in a Korean drama before. I think I’m the first person to try it. I practiced everything from walking, talking, and even my gaze so that I can really look like a goddess.”
She also gave some insight into the chemistry between the actors. The cast was asked, “How is the chemistry between Nam Joo Hyuk, Krystal, and Gong Myung? They are all born in 1994.”
Krystal answered, “When I saw the casting news, I saw that there would be two other actors who would be the same age as me, born in 1994. I thought it would be fun.”
“Bride of the Water God” is a spinoff fantasy comedy romance drama of the bestselling cartoon of the same name. It airs its first episode on July 3.
