BLACKPINK’s Lisa Says She Wants To Open A Thai Restaurant In Korea Someday
Lisa showed love for her home country’s cuisine by sharing that her dream is to open a Thai restaurant in Korea one day.
On July 7, BLACKPINK’s Rose and Lisa appeared as a guest on a radio show and talked about things to enjoy back in their home countries, Australia and Thailand respectively.
Lisa recommended Thai rice noodles, sharing, “I was disappointed that not many people know how delicious Thai rice noodles are. I really want to open a Thai rice noodle restaurant in Korea someday.”
Upon hearing Lisa’s ambition, radio host Bae Sung Jae jokingly asked, “Is that your retirement plan?”
Rose also came up with a funny name for Lisa’s future restaurant, “Lali Ssal Gook Soo,” a combination of Lisa’s real name Lalisa and Ssal Gook Soo, which means rice noodles in Korean.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is continuing to break records with their song “As If It’s Your Last.”
