Sulli Reflects On Her Acting Career And The Future

Sulli spoke about her career as an actress.

On the August issue of Grazia, Sulli gave a fun but also thoughtful interview. She was first asked about how she takes care of her lips, she said, “I put my lipstick on a few hours before I have to go out so that the color of the lipstick can stick to my lips. I choose my lip color first, and then start getting ready. I only feel like dressing up when my face is already ready.”

While the interview was lighthearted for the most part, when she was asked about her acting, she turned much more serious and chose her words carefully.

When asked whether she will be an actress for the rest of her life, she answered, “I do think lately that I could be an actress for the rest of my life. I’ve been thinking that I match very well to ‘this place.’ I used to believe that I didn’t. I would look at people who were different from me, and think, ‘I won’t make it. Those people are the ones who should be celebrities.’ But recently, I’ve been thinking, ‘Actually, that’s not true. There’s a place for me too.’ I have a bit more confidence, and I feel more of a sense of achievement and responsibility to my work now.”
