"Produce 101 Season 2" Contestant Byun Hyun Min Wins Gold Medal At National Taekwondo Competition

“Produce 101 Season 2” contestant Byun Hyun Min recently won a gold medal at the Taekwondo national team selection preliminary competition.

On July 21, Byun Hyun Min shared photos of himself on his personal Instagram account with captions that read, “A miracle has happened. Thank you.” The photos show Byun Hyun Min posing with his gold medal both on and off the podium at the 52nd presidential national Taekwondo tournament, which was also the preliminary competition to choose who will be on South Korea’s national Taekwondo team in 2018.

Byun Hyun Min is a member of the Taekwondo team K-Tigers, and was loved for mixing Taekwondo moves into his choreography during his appearance on “Produce 101 Season 2.”
