Samuel Jokes About A Time Wanna One's Kang Daniel Left Him Hanging

During the August 2 broadcast of SBS Power FM’s “2 O’Clock Escape Cultwo Show,” Samuel Kim was asked whether he still kept in touch with the other trainees from “Produce 101 Season 2.”

The singer responded, “I’m close to all of them, but we can’t really talk these days, since everyone’s so busy. I consistently keep in touch with Wanna One’s Lai Guan Lin though.”

He then shared, “I recently texted Kang Daniel, but he just read it without responding. I got a bit sad, but it turns out he actually had a reason for not being able to reply.”

“Daniel, if you’re watching this, I was a bit disappointed that time. Let’s catch up soon,” he added.

Samuel Kim also described how he changed after being on “Produce 101 Season 2,” saying, “I can look people in the eye when I talk to them now. I used to have a hard time conversing with people, but I’ve gotten a lot more comfortable with it.”
